Resolved
The service moved from globalacess.online to 3dsgate.com. Hosts api, acs and the dashboard were reprovisioned; the legacy domain stayed reachable during cutover and then retired. No authentication was lost.
Duration: planned, 4 h window. Affected: none after cutover.
26 Oct 2026 — challenge render latency
Resolved
p95 render time rose from 90 ms to 620 ms for 40 min after a cold cache on the logo bucket. Pre-warming was added to the deploy step.
Duration: 41 min. Affected: render only, no failed authentications.
